• VANSRA currently offers digital products only (such as downloadable pattern files). No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.

• Each product description clearly specifies the formats and contents included (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PSD files).​

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are processed securely through Wix’s integrated payment providers.

• Prices are listed in the currency specified on our website (₹ INR or $ USD depending on your settings).

• Once payment is successfully processed, customers will gain access to their digital files.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

• Purchased files will be available for instant download via a link provided on the order confirmation page.

• A confirmation email (including a download link) will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is entered at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.
