Receive an order confirmation email from Wix, which will include a secondary download link.

This ensures you can access your files immediately and also have a backup delivered to your inbox.

3. File Format

Files are delivered in commonly used formats such as JPEG, PNG, or PSD (as specified in each product listing). Please ensure you have the appropriate software to open and use these files.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
